Pay: $8.50/hour + tips (typically $16&ndash;$24/hour total)Job Title: Full-Time Barista (Path to Shift Lead) Roasted in the Village &ndash; Zionsville, INRoasted in the Village is hiring a full-time (or near full-time) Barista to join our core team. This role is designed for someone who wants to grow into a position of greater responsibility and eventually help lead shifts and uphold daily standards in the caf&eacute;.We&rsquo;re a high-volume neighborhood coffee shop in the heart of downtown Zionsville, and consistency matters here&mdash;both in our drinks and in the experience we create for our guests.This position offers 30&ndash;38 hours per week with a mix of morning, midday, and afternoon shifts.Availability every weekend and all holidays is required.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Prepare espresso drinks and beverages with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail</li><li>Provide warm, confident hospitality&mdash;even during high-volume periods</li><li>Maintain strong awareness of the floor and help keep service flowing</li><li>Execute opening and closing routines to a high standard</li><li>Keep the caf&eacute; clean, organized, and fully stocked</li><li>Learn and uphold systems that support smooth daily operations</li><li>Gradually take on more responsibility, including supporting shift flow and team accountability</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Someone dependable who can be counted on for key shifts without exception</li><li>Strong work ethic and a high level of personal accountability</li><li>Calm, focused, and efficient under pressure</li><li>Naturally aware of what needs to be done without being asked</li><li>Interested in growing into a role that helps guide others and support operations</li><li>Barista experience or high-level customer service experience strongly preferred</li><li>Must have reliable transportation</li><li>Must be available every weekend and all holidays (non-negotiable)</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Hourly pay + tips (typically $16&ndash;$24/hour total or more!)</li><li>Consistent hours in a stable, year-round role</li><li>A tight-knit, supportive team that takes pride in the work</li><li>Hands-on training in specialty coffee and caf&eacute; operations</li><li>Clear path to increased responsibility and leadership as you grow</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time (or near full-time) Work Location: In personPay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Work Location: In person
