Full Time Barista

Pay: $8.50/hour + tips (typically $16–$24/hour total)

Roasted in the Village is hiring a full-time (or near full-time) Barista to join our core team. This role is designed for someone who wants to grow into a position of greater responsibility and eventually help lead shifts and uphold daily standards in the café.

We’re a high-volume neighborhood coffee shop in the heart of downtown Zionsville, and consistency matters here—both in our drinks and in the experience we create for our guests.

This position offers 30–38 hours per week with a mix of morning, midday, and afternoon shifts.

Availability every weekend and all holidays is required.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare espresso drinks and beverages with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail
• Provide warm, confident hospitality—even during high-volume periods
• Maintain strong awareness of the floor and help keep service flowing
• Execute opening and closing routines to a high standard
• Keep the café clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Learn and uphold systems that support smooth daily operations
• Gradually take on more responsibility, including supporting shift flow and team accountability

• Naturally aware of what needs to be done without being asked
• Interested in growing into a role that helps guide others and support operations
• Barista experience or high-level customer service experience strongly preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be available every weekend and all holidays (non-negotiable)
