We take pride in providing exceptionally clean, welcoming spaces and are looking for dependable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team.Position OverviewAs a Short-Term Rental Cleaner, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for cleaning and resetting furnished rental apartments between guest stays. This role is essential to maintaining hospitality-grade standards and delivering a great guest experience.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform full turnovers between guest stays</li><li>Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living spaces</li><li>Change bed linens and towels</li><li>Transport used and clean linens to and from a commercial laundromat</li><li>Fold and bag laundry for upcoming turnovers</li><li>Restock toiletries, paper products, and guest amenities</li><li>Stage furnishings and d&eacute;cor according to company standards</li><li>Inspect units for damages, missing items, or maintenance concerns</li><li>Communicate clearly and promptly with management</li><li>Maintain a high level of consistency, professionalism, and reliability</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Turnovers occur between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM</li><li>Approximately 15&ndash;25 hours per week Monday&ndash;Friday and Sunday</li><li>No Saturdays required</li><li>Same-day turnovers are common, so punctuality and reliability are very important</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior housekeeping or short-term rental cleaning experience preferred</li><li>Reliable personal vehicle required</li><li>Must be comfortable traveling between properties in multiple towns</li><li>Smartphone with texting/photos capability</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs</li><li>Able to work independently and efficiently</li><li>Strong attention to detail and time management</li><li>Must be dependable and consistently punctual</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>$25/hour</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease send:<ul><li>Your name and contact information</li><li>Relevant cleaning or hospitality experience</li><li>Your general availability</li></ul>Join a small local company where your work directly contributes to creating exceptional guest experiences.Job Type: Part-time to Full-time Work Location: In personWork Location: In personJob Type: Part-timePay: From $25.00 per hourWork Location: In person
