Position Overview

As a Short-Term Rental Cleaner, you’ll be responsible for cleaning and resetting furnished rental apartments between guest stays. This role is essential to maintaining hospitality-grade standards and delivering a great guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform full turnovers between guest stays
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living spaces
• Change bed linens and towels
• Transport used and clean linens to and from a commercial laundromat
• Fold and bag laundry for upcoming turnovers
• Restock toiletries, paper products, and guest amenities
• Stage furnishings and décor according to company standards
• Inspect units for damages, missing items, or maintenance concerns
• Communicate clearly and promptly with management
• Maintain a high level of consistency, professionalism, and reliability

Schedule

• Turnovers occur between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM
• Approximately 15–25 hours per week Monday–Friday and Sunday
• No Saturdays required
• Same-day turnovers are common, so punctuality and reliability are very important

Requirements

• Prior housekeeping or short-term rental cleaning experience preferred
• Reliable personal vehicle required
• Must be comfortable traveling between properties in multiple towns
• Smartphone with texting/photos capability
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Must be dependable and consistently punctual

Compensation

• $25/hour
