Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Lead Child Care Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a dynamic early childhood education environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while working alongside a dedicated team committed to excellence in early childhood education.Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and implement developmentally appropriate curricula that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori principles to support holistic childhood development. </li><li>Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring a stimulating environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and learning among children of various ages, including toddlers and preschoolers. </li><li>Manage classroom routines and behavior management strategies to promote positive social interactions and emotional well-being. </li><li>Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, address individual needs, and support early intervention efforts when necessary. </li><li>Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and staff, fostering a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement. </li><li>Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor developmental milestones and tailor lesson plans accordingly. </li><li>Maintain compliance with childcare regulations, health and safety standards, and documentation requirements related to child welfare.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven classroom management experience in early childhood education settings, including preschool or daycare environments. </li><li>Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across multiple domains such as literacy, math, physical education, and special education strategies like early intervention. </li><li>Experience working with children with diverse needs, including those requiring additional support through special education or behavioral management techniques. </li><li>Strong communication skills for engaging effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. </li><li>Prior experience in private schools or daycare centers is preferred; Montessori training or certification is a plus. </li><li>Knowledge of childhood development theories and practices to support age-appropriate teaching methods. </li><li>Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and lesson planning tailored for early learners.
