Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with customers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing product demonstrations, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner.</li><li>Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.</li><li>Utilize effective communication skills to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register and POS systems.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and inventory to assist customers effectively.</li><li>Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience.</li><li>Perform retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and inventory management.</li><li>Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred but not required.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.</li><li>Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to assist a diverse customer base.</li><li>Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience operating cash registers is a plus.</li><li>Be able to lift up to 60 pounds</li><li>A proactive approach to upselling products and enhancing customer satisfaction.</li><li>Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.</li></ul>Join our team as a Sales Associate where you can grow your career in a supportive environment while making a positive impact on our customers' shopping experiences!Job Type: Part-timePay: $16.50 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
