We&rsquo;re looking for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering top-tier hospitality.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met</li><li>Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient service</li><li>Provide friendly, attentive customer service to all guests, addressing questions and special requests with enthusiasm</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times</li><li>Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change</li><li>Assist with food service duties during busy periods, including serving food at tables or in catering settings</li><li>Support the team during events like banquets or nightclubs by coordinating service flow and ensuring guest satisfaction</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and sales processing</li><li>Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to engage guests positively</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Ability to perform basic math accurately for sales transactions and retail math calculations</li><li>Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus, demonstrating versatility in food industry environments</li><li>Basic understanding of beverage brewing processes and alcohol service regulations</li></ul>Join us to be part of an energetic team that values your skills and passion for hospitality!
