Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient service
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service to all guests, addressing questions and special requests with enthusiasm
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
• Assist with food service duties during busy periods, including serving food at tables or in catering settings
• Support the team during events like banquets or nightclubs by coordinating service flow and ensuring guest satisfaction

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and sales processing
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to engage guests positively
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for sales transactions and retail math calculations
• Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus, demonstrating versatility in food industry environments
• Basic understanding of beverage brewing processes and alcohol service regulations
