This position is full time. Candidates who are residents of VT are eligible for a hybrid work arrangement, working onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from our office in Manchester Center, Vermont, and remotely Monday and Friday. All candidates must be within a commutable distance to, and available to work from our office in Manchester Center.

Recruitment Specialist

<div>If you&rsquo;re someone who takes pride in a job well done and notices the little things others miss, we want to meet you. We&rsquo;re looking for a hands-on Facilities Clerk who enjoys keeping spaces clean, safe, and running smoothly. In this role, you&rsquo;ll be the behind-the-scenes hero who helps create an organized, welcoming environment by tackling everything from daily cleaning tasks to light maintenance projects. If you like staying active, solving small problems, and making a real impact on the workplace each day, this could be the perfect fit. 


Key Responsibilities

Cleaning Duties:
<ul><li>
Perform routine cleaning of offices, restrooms, common areas, and workspaces</li><li>
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed</li><li>
Empty trash and recycling bins</li><li>
Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment</li><li>
Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies</li><li>
Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the facility</li></ul>

Light Maintenance Duties:
<ul><li>
Perform minor repairs (e.g., changing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, minor patching/painting)</li><li>
Assist with basic plumbing fixes (e.g., unclogging drains)</li><li>
Perform simple preventative maintenance tasks</li><li>
Report on maintenance issues
</li><li>Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal and exterior upkeep
</li><li>Help with basic equipment or furniture setup/moves</li></ul> 


Qualifications:
<ul><li>
Previous cleaning or maintenance experience preferred</li><li>
Basic knowledge of hand tools and minor repair work</li><li>
Ability to lift to 50 lbs</li><li>
Strong attention to detail</li><li>
Positive, team-oriented attitude and manner</li><li>
Reliable and punctual</li><li>
Ability to work independently</li></ul> 


Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift</li></ul>
