Job Overview We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, proficiency with POS systems such as Square, and a solid background in food and beverage service. This role involves creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, mixing drinks, and ensuring an exceptional experience in both fine dining and nightlife settings. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent time management, multitasking abilities, and a thorough understanding of TABC rules and regulations.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately according to standard recipes and guest preferences</li><li>Operate POS systems including Square for order processing and cash handling, as well as a separate reservations system</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with TABC regulations</li><li>Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable experience</li><li>Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy periods, demonstrating strong time management skills</li><li>Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory control</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately and balance registers at the end of shifts</li><li>Uphold all safety standards related to alcohol service and workplace safety regulations</li><li>Assist in setting up for events as required</li><li>Check patrons in and out of their virtual golf bay reservations</li><li>Assist patrons in setting up their virtual golf system at the beginning of every reservation</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments; hospitality or food industry background preferred</li><li>Proficiency with POS systems</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously</li><li>Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales tracking, and retail math calculations</li><li>Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours</li><li>Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with legal regulations</li><li>Previous experience in catering or banquet service is advantageous</li><li>Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or special events as needed</li></ul>Join our team as a &lt;PERSON&gt; who is passionate about hospitality, dedicated to providing outstanding guest experiences, and eager to contribute to a lively environment.Job Type: Part-timePay: From $8.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: In person
