In this vital role, you will coordinate and oversee a diverse range of legal cases, ensuring efficient management from initiation through resolution. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex legal processes across personal injury. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering organized, client-centered legal assistance, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage a caseload of personal injury cases.</li><li>Coordinate case activities by opening claims, scheduling appointments, conducting interviews with clients and witnesses, and gathering essential documentation.</li><li>Organize and maintain case files using document management systems such as Neos or similar platforms; ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.</li><li>Conduct document review for accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Support attorneys with project management tasks to ensure timely progression.</li><li>Provide administrative support including proofreading documents, managing client communications via phone etiquette, and handling clerical duties like filing and data entry.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information related to clients&rsquo; legal matters.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
