Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases.
• Coordinate case activities by opening claims, scheduling appointments, conducting interviews with clients and witnesses, and gathering essential documentation.
• Organize and maintain case files using document management systems such as Neos or similar platforms; ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Conduct document review for accuracy and completeness.
• Support attorneys with project management tasks to ensure timely progression.
• Provide administrative support including proofreading documents, managing client communications via phone etiquette, and handling clerical duties like filing and data entry.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information related to clients’ legal matters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
