This position is responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general infrastructure. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for all building occupants.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES <ul><li>Respond promptly to maintenance requests, service calls, fire alarms, elevator problems, and emergencies</li><li>Troubleshoot, repair, install, maintain, and upgrade the following systems:</li></ul>o Refrigeration/HVAC systemso Electrical systemso Plumbing systems(including domestic hot &amp; cold-water systems)o Steam systems, hydronic heating and cooling systemso Sanitary waste systemso Pool/Whirlpool equipment &amp; systemso BAS/fire alarm systemso Kitchen equipment &amp; systemso Laundry equipment &amp; systemso Building control systemso Cable TV &amp; A/V equipment<ul><li>Recommend building repair and maintenance requirements, continuously improving the scope of preventative and predictive maintenance</li><li>Order and maintain adequate supplies to keep up with the Club&rsquo;s needs concerning engineering-related supplies and equipment.
