Licensed Aesthetician Contract 1099The Well Aesthetics and Wellness Salida, Colorado Full Time or Part TimeJob OverviewThe Well Aesthetics and Wellness is growing and we are looking to bring on a licensed aesthetician to join our team on a contract basis.This opportunity is designed for a motivated provider who values results driven treatments, client relationships, and the ability to build a schedule and service offering that aligns with their strengths.You will have flexibility to determine your schedule and services based on your training, licensure, and client demand. A consistent schedule will be established to support both client retention and income stability.You will work within an established medical spa alongside an experienced nurse practitioner, with access to advanced devices and an established client base.Services May IncludeFacials and advanced skincare treatmentsChemical peelsHydrafacial treatmentsDermaplaningBrows and lash treatments including tinting, shaping, and laminationAdditional services based on your training and licensureEquipment and ProductsTreatment rooms, core equipment, and select professional products are available for use.Providers may also choose to utilize their own preferred products depending on their services and treatment approach.CompensationCommission based structure ranging from 40 to 45 percent of services performedRetail incentives availableNo booth rent and no upfront supply costs required to get startedResponsibilitiesProvide customized treatments with a high level of careEducate clients on skincare and treatment plansMaintain sanitation and cleanliness standardsDeliver a professional and client focused experienceStay current with industry techniquesQualificationsActive Colorado aesthetician licenseExperience with facials, peels, and skincare treatmentsAdditional experience in dermaplaning, brow and lash treatments, or specialty services preferredStrong communication and consultation skillsSelf directed and reliableAbout The WellThe Well Aesthetics and Wellness is a growing medical spa in Salida offering advanced aesthetic treatments in a results driven and welcoming environment.We are building a team that is collaborative, professional, and committed to high quality care.How to ApplyPlease send a resume, your license number, services offered, and general availability.ClassificationThis is a 1099 independent contractor position.
