Job Overview

The Well Aesthetics and Wellness is growing and we are looking to bring on a licensed aesthetician to join our team on a contract basis.

This opportunity is designed for a motivated provider who values results driven treatments, client relationships, and the ability to build a schedule and service offering that aligns with their strengths.

You will have flexibility to determine your schedule and services based on your training, licensure, and client demand. A consistent schedule will be established to support both client retention and income stability.

You will work within an established medical spa alongside an experienced nurse practitioner, with access to advanced devices and an established client base.

Services May Include

Facials and advanced skincare treatments

Chemical peels

Hydrafacial treatments

Dermaplaning

Brows and lash treatments including tinting, shaping, and lamination

Additional services based on your training and licensure

Equipment and Products

Treatment rooms, core equipment, and select professional products are available for use.

Providers may also choose to utilize their own preferred products depending on their services and treatment approach.

Compensation

Commission based structure ranging from 40 to 45 percent of services performed

Retail incentives available

No booth rent and no upfront supply costs required to get started

Responsibilities

Provide customized treatments with a high level of care

Educate clients on skincare and treatment plans

Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards

Deliver a professional and client focused experience

Stay current with industry techniques

Qualifications

Active Colorado aesthetician license

Experience with facials, peels, and skincare treatments

Additional experience in dermaplaning, brow and lash treatments, or specialty services preferred

Strong communication and consultation skills

Self directed and reliable
