Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our Care Home team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supporting medical staff, and ensuring the well-being of patients across various departments. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills and expertise can make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.Duties<ul><li>Deliver comprehensive resident care, including monitoring vital signs and assisting with daily activities</li><li>Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely, adhering to established protocols</li><li>Assist healthcare professionals during examinations and procedures</li><li>Maintain detailed and accurate resident records in compliance with legal and organisational standards</li><li>Educate residents and their families about health management, medication use,. infection control policies</li><li>Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate resident treatment plans</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid registration as a General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or relevant regulatory body</li><li>Proven experience in care Home setting is preferred</li><li>Competence in medication administration, including understanding of drug interactions and side effects</li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide empathetic resident support</li><li>Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team</li><li>Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends.</li><li>A caring attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient service</li></ul>This role is ideal for motivated nurses seeking to advance their career within a supportive Care Home environment.
