Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and flexible On-Call BabySitter to provide reliable childcare support for families in need. This role offers the opportunity to engage with children of various ages, ensuring their safety, well-being, and developmental needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. As an On-Call BabySitter, you will be called upon to step in on short notice, delivering exceptional care that fosters a nurturing environment. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create positive experiences for children and peace of mind for parents.Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and fun</li><li>Ensure the safety of children at all times by maintaining a vigilant and responsible presence</li><li>Prepare snacks or meals as needed, adhering to any dietary restrictions or allergies</li><li>Follow parents&rsquo; instructions regarding routines, rules, and special needs</li><li>Assist with diapering, potty training, and basic hygiene tasks for infants and toddlers</li><li>Communicate effectively with parents about their child's day, milestones, or concerns</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized environment to support children&rsquo;s comfort and safety</li><li>Be prepared to respond promptly in emergency situations using first aid skills when necessary</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in babysitting, nannying, daycare work, or caregiving roles involving children of various ages</li><li>Knowledge of child development principles and age-specific care techniques for infants, toddlers, and children with disabilities</li><li>Certification or training in first aid and CPR is highly preferred</li><li>Ability to work flexibly on short notice during evenings, weekends, or holidays</li><li>Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and guardians</li><li>Compassionate attitude with a genuine love for working with children and supporting their growth</li><li>Familiarity with childcare best practices including diapering, feeding, safety protocols, and developmental activities</li></ul>Join us as an On-Call BabySitter to make a meaningful difference in children's lives while enjoying the flexibility of a dynamic caregiving role.
