We are a client-focused law firm seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager / Legal Assistant to join our growing team.Position Overview:As a Personal Injury Case Manager / Legal Assistant, you will play a key role in managing pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through settlement. You&rsquo;ll work closely with attorneys, medical providers, insurance companies, and clients to ensure each case is handled efficiently and professionally.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage a caseload of personal injury files</li><li>Maintain regular communication with clients and medical providers to provide updates and gather documentation</li><li>Request and review medical records, bills, and police reports</li><li>Draft correspondence, demand letters, and settlement documentation</li><li>Communicate with insurance adjusters to assist in negotiating settlements</li><li>Support attorneys with case prep and file organization and client intake</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>2+ years of experience in a personal injury law firm or Insurance Defense/claims</li><li>Strong understanding of personal injury case process, especially pre-litigation</li><li>Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills</li><li>Proficiency in case management software Clio, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary (commensurate with experience)</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li><li>Health and Dental Insurance</li><li>Retirement</li><li>Bonus opportunities</li><li>Opportunities for advancement in a supportive team environment</li></ul>Send your resume.
