Are you a detail-oriented, organized, and compassionate professional with experience in personal injury law? We are a client-focused law firm seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager / Legal Assistant to join our growing team.

Position Overview:

As a Personal Injury Case Manager / Legal Assistant, you will play a key role in managing pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through settlement. You’ll work closely with attorneys, medical providers, insurance companies, and clients to ensure each case is handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury files
• Maintain regular communication with clients and medical providers to provide updates and gather documentation
• Request and review medical records, bills, and police reports
• Draft correspondence, demand letters, and settlement documentation
• Communicate with insurance adjusters to assist in negotiating settlements
• Support attorneys with case prep and file organization and client intake

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a personal injury law firm or Insurance Defense/claims
• Strong understanding of personal injury case process, especially pre-litigation
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in case management software Clio, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
