MAIN Job Summary and responsibilities We are seeking an energetic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. - Fully remote work from home job- must work in 8 am to 4 pm EST (USA) Timezone- must have social media management, paid ad runs, SEO knowledge- must know how to edit videos and create engaging post- must be good at multi-tasking- must act as virtual assistance and help with multi horizon projectsResponsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and followers.</li><li>Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that align with brand voice and marketing goals.</li><li>Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback for insights that inform content and campaigns.</li><li>Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI.</li><li>Analyze web analytics using tools like Google Analytics and web analytics platforms to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, sales, and product development to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.</li><li>Oversee graphic design projects using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to produce visually appealing marketing materials.</li><li>Schedule posts efficiently using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer to maintain consistent online presence.</li><li>Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes to enhance content visibility in search engine results.</li><li>Manage relationships with influencers, media outlets, and partners through effective relationship management techniques.</li><li>Proofread all content meticulously to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our strategies innovative and competitive.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.</li><li>Proficiency in social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer; experience with Facebook Advertising is essential.</li><li>Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite; video editing experience is a plus.</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.</li><li>Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading detail.</li><li>Ability to develop engaging content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple platforms.</li><li>Knowledge of social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment and industry conversations effectively.</li><li>Experience in branding strategies, public relations activities, e-commerce integrations, and relationship management is highly desirable.</li><li>Ability to analyze data insights from web analytics to refine marketing tactics continuously.</li><li>Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through multimedia content including photography and video editing.
