Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai Company: The Yellow Strawberry Experience: 2+ Qualification: Bachelor&rsquo;s degreeWhat You&rsquo;ll Do at TYS:<ul><li>Communicate with clients regularly and suggest Idea to grow their brand online.</li><li>Monthly Reporting of Tasks and Timelines to management &amp; Client.</li><li>Handling Outdoor shoots for Clients and Managing the on ground team.</li><li>&#8288;Tracking the growth of respective clients and accelerating it further with organic and paid Media.</li><li>Manage a small team of Social Media Executives</li><li>Work closely with the Graphic Design and Video Editing teams for content creation</li><li>&#8288;Create monthly Content Calendars for all clients</li><li>Plan and assign daily tasks during morning team meetings</li><li>&#8288;Prepare monthly reports for each client showing social media growth and future projections.</li><li>&#8288;Create simple and clear presentation Decks for client updates and meetings</li><li>Ready to plan and execute shoots for clients and ready to travel with-in City.</li><li>&#8288;Use Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides for planning, reporting, and documentation</li><li>&#8288;Working knowledge of Canva and video editing tools on mobile to produce short video</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, or a related field</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Someone who is organized, responsible, and ready to learn</li><li>Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms</li><li>Comfortable using Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides)</li><li>Leadership potential and interest in managing a team</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Social media management: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
