What You’ll Do at TYS:

• Communicate with clients regularly and suggest Idea to grow their brand online.
• Monthly Reporting of Tasks and Timelines to management & Client.
• Handling Outdoor shoots for Clients and Managing the on ground team.
• ⁠Tracking the growth of respective clients and accelerating it further with organic and paid Media.
• Manage a small team of Social Media Executives
• Work closely with the Graphic Design and Video Editing teams for content creation
• ⁠Create monthly Content Calendars for all clients
• Plan and assign daily tasks during morning team meetings
• ⁠Prepare monthly reports for each client showing social media growth and future projections.
• ⁠Create simple and clear presentation Decks for client updates and meetings
• Ready to plan and execute shoots for clients and ready to travel with-in City.
• ⁠Use Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides for planning, reporting, and documentation
• ⁠Working knowledge of Canva and video editing tools on mobile to produce short video

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, or a related field
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Someone who is organized, responsible, and ready to learn
• Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
• Comfortable using Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Leadership potential and interest in managing a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
