Barista / Caf&eacute; Associate (Part-Time)Theo&rsquo;s General Store &mdash; Wilton, CTTheo&rsquo;s General Store is a new gourmet market and coffee bar in Wilton. We serve specialty coffee, small-batch baked goods, and a curated selection of homewares and pantry items. We&rsquo;re hiring experienced part-time baristas who value great coffee and enjoy working in a thoughtful, aesthetically driven retail environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare high-quality espresso and coffee drinks using our La Marzocco setup</li><li>Provide friendly, efficient customer service</li><li>Operate the POS/register</li><li>Assist with merchandising: arranging home goods, organizing shelves, maintaining clean displays</li><li>Receive and organize inventory across grocery, coffee, and homeware categories</li><li>Handle pastries and basic food items safely</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized workspace</li><li>Follow opening and closing procedures</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Barista experience required (specialty coffee strongly preferred)</li><li>Strong communication and reliability</li><li>Comfortable in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Attention to detail &mdash; in both drink preparation and retail presentation</li><li>Must be 18+</li><li>An interest or experience in design, merchandising, or curated home goods is a plus</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Pay<ul><li>Part-time only</li><li>Weekday + weekend availability required</li><li>Competitive hourly pay based on experience</li><li>Employee discount + staff drinks</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hourWork Location: In person
