<p>Tuscola County Medical Care Community (Tuscola Caro) is seeking a dependable, compassionate <b>Rehabilitation Technician (Rehab Tech)</b> to support our therapy team on a <b>part-time</b> basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, keeping things organized, and being a steady, positive presence for residents.</p>
<p><b>Position Overview</b><br>
As a Rehab Tech, you&rsquo;ll play an important role in supporting our therapy department&rsquo;s day-to-day operations. No formal schooling is required, though related experience is always helpful. If you&rsquo;re reliable, caring, and eager to make a difference, we&rsquo;d love to meet you.</p>
<div><b>Responsibilities</b><br>
<ul><li>Assist therapy staff with preparing, cleaning, and organizing therapy spaces and equipment</li><li>Help residents during therapy sessions, including safe mobility or transfer support</li><li>Transport residents to and from therapy as needed</li><li>Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment</li><li>Communicate professionally with residents, families, and team members</li></ul></div>
<div><b>Qualifications</b><br>
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li><li>Experience in healthcare, senior care, or rehab support is a plus (not required)</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Compassion for working with older adults</li><li>Ability to safely assist with mobility and transfers</li></ul></div>
