Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance initiatives within a home health agency. This pivotal role involves ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, maintaining high standards of patient care, and fostering continuous improvement across all operational processes. As a key leader, you will develop, implement, and oversee quality systems that uphold the agency&rsquo;s commitment to excellence, safety, and regulatory adherence. Your energetic approach will drive a culture of quality that positively impacts patient outcomes and staff performance.Duties<ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance programs aligned with healthcare standards and regulations such as ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and other applicable guidelines.</li><li>Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry best practices.</li><li>Oversee the development and execution of quality control procedures across all clinical and administrative functions.</li><li>Lead root cause analysis investigations for any quality issues or adverse events, implementing corrective and preventive actions promptly.</li><li>Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure adherence to healthcare protocols, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles where applicable, and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.</li><li>Manage documentation related to quality systems, audit reports, compliance records, and regulatory submissions.</li><li>Facilitate ongoing staff training on quality standards, regulatory updates, and best practices in healthcare service delivery.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data trends and implementing innovative solutions to enhance patient safety and service quality.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in quality assurance management within a healthcare or home health setting.</li><li>Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations including ISO 9001 standards, FDA regulations, HACCP principles, CGMP practices, and other relevant compliance frameworks.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in conducting quality audits, inspections, and analysis skills necessary for root cause investigations.</li><li>Background in manufacturing or clinical environments with exposure to quality control processes is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making to improve quality systems.</li><li>Effective communication skills for training staff, leading audits, and collaborating with regulatory bodies.
