We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee and coordinate our manufacturing operations in our Assembly Departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. The Production Manager will lead and motivate the production team, monitor workflow, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.</p>

<div><b>
Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.</b><br>
<ul><li>Serve as a working lead in the assembly department, actively participating in day-to-day operations while leading by example. Balance hands-on production responsibilities with leadership duties to support team success and ensure production goals are met.</li><li>Directly oversee and lead the Assembly production teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Provide guidance and support to enhance team morale and productivity, and conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.</li><li>Plan and organize production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines, while simultaneously monitoring and controlling production processes to achieve optimal efficiency and minimize downtime. Additionally, implement and enforce safety and quality control measures to ensure compliance with company standards.</li><li>Allocate resources effectively, encompassing manpower and materials, to optimize production output. Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely availability of materials and resources for seamless operational efficiency.</li><li>Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enhance production efficiency, streamline processes, and incorporate best practices.</li><li>Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that product quality meets or exceeds standards. Promptly investigate and address any quality issues, implementing necessary corrective actions.</li><li>Provide comprehensive training to production staff covering safety protocols, job procedures, and quality standards. Identify skill gaps within the team and proactively facilitate training programs to enhance capabilities and ensure a skilled workforce.</li></ul><br>

Production Manager Minimum Qualifications:</b><br>
<ul><li>Demonstrate strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail and sense of urgency</li><li>Demonstrate strong organizational, planning and prioritization ability</li><li>Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.</li></ul></div>
<div><b>
Production Manager Preferred Qualifications:</b><br>
<ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s degree (AS) from a two-year College or University</li><li>Knowledge of Desktop Publishing software, Database software, Spreadsheet and Word Processing Software.</li></ul></div>
<div><b>
Other Qualifications:</b><br>
<ul><li>Proven experience in a supervisory/managerial role within manufacturing.</li><li>Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.</li><li>Knowledge of safety and quality standards in a production environment.</li><li>Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.</li><li>Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.</li></ul><br>

Work Conditions:</b><br>
<ul><li>The role involves working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and production processes.</li><li>May require occasional evening or weekend work to accommodate production schedules.</li></ul><br>
