As a Mechanic for Equipment Source, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our equipment arrives at our clients' sites safely and on time, contributing to the success of their projects.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of construction equipment including but not limited to: loaders, dozers, excavators, skidsteers, mini excavators, reach forklifts, boom lifts, and some small equipment</li><li>Diagnose mechanical defects in hydraulic systems, diesel engines, electrical, and emissions systems of machinery</li><li>Determine the extent of needed repair</li><li>Order replacement and repair parts</li><li>Safely repair equipment to good operating condition</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications<ul><li>Mechanical aptitude</li><li>Willingness to learn new skills</li><li>Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems in construction equipment</li><li>Excellent organizational skills</li><li>Problem solving skills</li><li>Diesel, hydraulic, and construction equipment repair experience Preferred.</li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent or higher</li><li>Welding Mig/Stick experience a plus.</li><li>construction equipment repair is preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $26.00 - $34.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Mechanic: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
