You&rsquo;ll play a pivotal role delivering technical proposals, BOQs, and aiding sales with expert product knowledge in automation and IIoT.Key Responsibilities&middot; Engage with clients to gather requirements, support technical discussions, and present solutions&middot; Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and BOQs&middot; Interpret electrical/PLC control panel specifications and IIoT solution architecture&middot; Coordinate with engineering &amp; production teams to scope projects, pricing, and timelines&middot; Evaluate RFQs, support in-house tender documentation, and ensure compliance&middot; Maintain ongoing dialogue with leads&mdash;manage follow-ups, escalate hurdles, and close opportunities&middot; Independently handle small-to-mid-size project estimations end-to-end&middot; Stay current with emerging trends, industrial protocols, and IIoT technologiesRequired Qualifications &amp; Skills&middot; Diploma / B.E. in relevant technical discipline&middot; 1&ndash;3 years in industrial automation / control systems&middot; Familiarity with electrical control panels, PLCs, SCADA, and IIoT platforms&middot; Proven experience in BOQ creation, cost estimation, and client-facing proposals&middot; Strong communication (written &amp; verbal) and interpersonal skills&middot; Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD basics, and documentation tools&middot; Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate cross-functionallyPreferred Experience&middot; Exposure to industrial protocols: Modbus, MQTT, OPC-UA, etc.&middot; Familiarity with government tender portals like GeM/eProcurement&middot; Basic knowledge of CRM/project tools and digital tender platformsWhy Thingslista Automation?&middot; Be part of a fast-growing, innovation-focused team transforming India&rsquo;s manufacturing landscape&middot; Collaborate across multiple domains&mdash;from PLC programming to IIoT solutions&middot; Competitive compensation matched with meaningful career growthApply NowIf you&rsquo;re excited to support next-gen automation and IIoT solutions from rigging up control panels to architecting full systems&mdash;we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.
