Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor with a strong civil engineering background to oversee the execution of our landscape projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring design intent is implemented on ground, coordinating with contractors and vendors.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.</li><li>Coordinate with the design team, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and efficient execution.</li><li>Manage site measurements, BOQ verifications, and material requirements.</li><li>Report progress, issues, and delays regularly to the design team.</li><li>Maintain accurate site records, photographs, and documentation.</li><li>Assist in resolving on-site technical issues and adapting to design modifications if necessary.</li><li>Monitor workforce productivity and ensure optimal resource utilization.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in construction or landscape execution (experience in landscape projects is a plus)</li><li>Ability to read and interpret architectural and civil drawings</li><li>Proficiency in basic site-level documentation and Microsoft Office tools</li><li>Strong interpersonal and leadership skills</li><li>Willingness to travel and work on varied project sites across South India.</li><li>Knowledge of landscape materials, paving, civil finishes, and water features is an added advantage</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>total work: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
