Site Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor with a strong civil engineering background to oversee the execution of our landscape projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring design intent is implemented on ground, coordinating with contractors and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with the design team, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and efficient execution.
• Manage site measurements, BOQ verifications, and material requirements.
• Report progress, issues, and delays regularly to the design team.
• Maintain accurate site records, photographs, and documentation.
• Assist in resolving on-site technical issues and adapting to design modifications if necessary.
• Monitor workforce productivity and ensure optimal resource utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
• 3–5 years of experience in construction or landscape execution (experience in landscape projects is a plus)
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and civil drawings
• Proficiency in basic site-level documentation and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel and work on varied project sites across South India.
• Knowledge of landscape materials, paving, civil finishes, and water features is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
