Medical/Drug Screen Collector &amp; Client Services Assistant - Full timeKT Health Clinic is looking for an experienced, DEPENDABLE, hard-working individual with excellent people skills that is detail oriented has a strong work ethic and a POSITIVE attitude to join our Client Services staff as a Medical/Client Services Assistant and Drug Screen Collector and at our Springfield Missouri Clinic.Hours : Monday through Friday, from 7:45am - 4:15 pm Full TimeClosed on Weekends and Holidays.Duties/Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assists Clinic Physician in onboarding &amp; rooming patients in preparation for their physical exams.</li><li>Performs collections and processes patient specimens for laboratory testing. to include collection, processing and testing of hair, nail, urine, saliva/cheek swab in our Clinic and out of clinic on location as needed. We will train and certify individuals with no collection experience.</li><li>Enters and retrieves donor and test data accurately in Test Vault software.</li><li>Interacts professionally with client companies and donors when reporting test results and answering questions in person or on phone and email</li><li>Greet Donors/Client/Patients as they enter the clinic</li><li>Assists General Manager &amp; Health Clinic staff, physician and MRO with donor/patient processing, and entering results into the computer via Practice fusion/3bexam/testvault or other software.</li><li>Assists General Manager &amp; Health Clinic staff with administration of SAP Program</li><li>Answer phones &amp; calls Clients when needed. Good Phone skills are a Must</li><li>Maintain orderly and confidential filing systems</li><li>Performs On-Site/Location (out of clinic/mobile) collections as needed.</li></ul>Essential Skills:<ul><li>Medical assistant certification from a qualified program</li><li>Proficient on computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Excellent customer service, communication and Phone skills</li><li>Positive attitude with the ability to have fun in a busy clinical environment.</li><li>Must have reliable transportation and valid driver&rsquo;s license with liability insurance</li><li>Must be able to sit, stand, bend, walk, kneel, and carry up to 25 lbs</li><li>Must be able to pass a Missouri Department of Family Services background check, be finger printed and pass a drug test.</li><li>Must be or willing to become certified in DOT Urine/Breath collections and Hair/Nail and DNA Collections.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>DOT certified collector</li><li>FMCSA Clearinghouse Software Mastery</li><li>Test Vault, 3bexam and Practice Fusion Software mastery</li><li>Strong Organizational and Attention to Detail</li><li>Certification from a healthcare training program</li><li>Six months experience in the areas of collecting and processing specimens, in a medical setting.</li></ul>KT Health is the Leading DOT and Testing Specialists in Southwest Missouri.
