Seeking an experienced CNC setup professional to join our precision machining team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on technical challenges and take pride in producing high-quality, close-tolerance components.</p>
<p>
Responsibilities</p>
<ul><li>Set up and operate CNC lathes or mills</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings</li><li>Verify dimensions using micrometers, indicators, and optical comparators</li><li>Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues</li><li>Collaborate with team members to optimize production and uphold safety standards</li></ul>

Qualifications</p>
<ul><li>Minimum 5 years&rsquo; CNC setup experience</li><li>Expertise with complex parts and tolerances as tight as &plusmn;0.0005&Prime;</li><li>Proficiency with Fanuc controls</li><li>Strong fixturing and tooling selection knowledge</li><li>Programming skills (Mastercam or Esprit preferred)</li><li>Ability to operate manual mills and lathes</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic)</li></ul>

Equipment &amp; Capabilities</p>
<ul>
<li>CNC Lathes: Swiss screw machines with cross milling/drilling, sub-spindle, turret &amp; gang-tool setups</li>
</ul>
<ul><li>Part sizes: 1mm (0.0394&Prime;) to 152.4mm (6&Prime;) diameter</li></ul>
<ul>
<li>CNC Mills: Horizontal &amp; vertical machining centers with touch probes</li>
</ul>
<ul><li>Part sizes: 12.7&times;12.7mm (0.500&rdquo;&times;0.500&rdquo;) to 508&times;508mm (20&rdquo;&times;20&rdquo;)</li></ul></div><p></p>
