We are looking for a skilled and experienced Lawn Maintenance Crew Lead to join our team and help run our lawn care operations.Qualifications:<ul><li>Must be physically able to lift 50+ pounds.</li><li>Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time.</li><li>Must have a current driver's license and reliable transportation.</li><li>Proven experience as a Lawn Maintenance Crew Lead or similar role.</li><li>Irrigation knowledge preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques and equipment.</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li></ul>Job Details:<ul><li>Pay is $20/hr+ DOE.</li></ul>Generic application or resumeResponsibilities<ul><li>Oversee daily lawn maintenance operations, ensuring quality and efficiency in landscaping tasks.</li><li>Supervise and train team members in proper lawn care techniques, including mowing, irrigation, and tree care.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections of grounds to maintain aesthetic appeal and safety standards.</li><li>Manage equipment maintenance and ensure all tools are in working order.</li><li>Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide exceptional service.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.</li><li>Inspect properties to identify and address lawn care needs and issues</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $20.00 per hourPeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
