Crew Leader, Lawn Maintenance

We are a leading lawn maintenance company dedicated to providing top-notch lawn care and landscaping services. Our team takes pride in maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Lawn Maintenance Crew Lead to join our team and help run our lawn care operations.

Qualifications:

• Must be physically able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Must have a current driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proven experience as a Lawn Maintenance Crew Lead or similar role.
• Irrigation knowledge preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques and equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Job Details:

• Pay is $20/hr+ DOE.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lawn maintenance operations, ensuring quality and efficiency in landscaping tasks.
• Supervise and train team members in proper lawn care techniques, including mowing, irrigation, and tree care.
• Conduct regular inspections of grounds to maintain aesthetic appeal and safety standards.
• Manage equipment maintenance and ensure all tools are in working order.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Inspect properties to identify and address lawn care needs and issues
