Landscape Maintenance/Planting Crew Member

We are seeking skilled, reliable and motivated Landscape Maintenance & Planting Crew Members to join our landscape team. The ideal candidate will have experience in most aspects of property maintenance and planting, including trimming, blowing, pruning, and general upkeep of client properties.

This position supports daily operations and works alongside a Crew Leader and other crew members to ensure high-quality service for our clients.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work, and are looking to grow within the landscape industry.

Duties

• Perform planting, pruning, mulching and seasonal landscape maintenance tasks such as spring and fall cleanups.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner while meeting quality standards
• Operate various lawn and maintenance equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Follow directions from the Crew Leader and work collaboratively with team members
• Provide professional and courteous service at all job sites
• Ensure all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company policies are consistently followed

Experience

• Has previous planting and landscape maintenance experience
• Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
• Must be dependable, punctual, motivated and have a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and follow direction and safety procedures
• Proficient in the safe operation of landscape maintenance tools and equipment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
