Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team at Turf Tamers Landscaping. This position is essential for maintaining the beauty of our clients' landscapes in Fort Collins and surrounding areas. You will play a key role in ensuring that outdoor spaces are well-kept and inviting.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine grounds maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging.
• Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
• Assist with hardscape installations such as patios and walkways.
• Conduct tree trimming and pruning to maintain healthy plant growth.
• Snow removal/show shoveling is also offered over the winter at a much higher rate of pay

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices.
• Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively.

Appearance Policy

• Visible tattoos are permitted as long as they are not offensive, inappropriate, or distracting (e.g. no explicit content, hate symbols, etc.)
• No tattoos are allowed on the face (defined as the top of the head to the collar of the shirt and from ear to ear).
• Facial hair is permitted, provided it is well-groomed and neatly trimmed.
• Stubble must be clearly defined, demonstrating the planned growth of the facial hair.
