We&rsquo;re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Roofing Administrator to support our daily operations and help keep projects running smoothly.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries</li><li>Schedule roofing inspections, estimates, and job installations</li><li>Coordinate with crews, suppliers, and project managers</li><li>Maintain and update customer records and job files</li><li>Assist with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks</li><li>Process permits, insurance paperwork, and warranties</li><li>Track job progress and ensure deadlines are met</li><li>Provide general administrative support to the team</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous administrative or office experience (construction/roofing preferred)</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Experience with CRM or job management software is a plus</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay or salary (based on experience)</li><li>Paid holidays</li><li>Opportunities for growth within the company</li></ul>Schedule:Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMPay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Linn Creek, MO 65052: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
