Administrative Assistant

About Us:
We are a growing roofing company servicing Missouri for over 10 years. Dedicated to high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Roofing Administrator to support our daily operations and help keep projects running smoothly.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Schedule roofing inspections, estimates, and job installations
  • Coordinate with crews, suppliers, and project managers
  • Maintain and update customer records and job files
  • Assist with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Process permits, insurance paperwork, and warranties
  • Track job progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • Provide general administrative support to the team

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative or office experience (construction/roofing preferred)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM or job management software is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
