Role OverviewWe are seeking a committed and experienced Senior Yoga Instructor to lead and develop our yoga vertical.This is not a junior instructor role. The candidate will be expected to:<ul><li>Lead daily yoga sessions</li><li>Develop structured yoga modules</li><li>Mentor students</li><li>Assist in teacher training programs</li><li>Represent the academy with professionalism and discipline</li></ul>The right candidate will play a key role in shaping the academy&rsquo;s growth.3. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Class Delivery<ul><li>Conduct daily yoga sessions (Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced)</li><li>Teach Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Relaxation techniques</li><li>Guide students on alignment, breath awareness, and safety</li><li>Conduct thematic workshops (weight management, stress relief, back care, flexibility, etc.)</li></ul>B. Curriculum Development<ul><li>Contribute to 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training curriculum</li><li>Develop structured beginner-to-advanced progression modules</li><li>Assist in building therapeutic yoga programs</li><li>Create assessment systems for student evaluation</li></ul>C. Digital Teaching<ul><li>Conduct live online classes</li><li>Record structured yoga sessions</li><li>Participate in educational content creation</li><li>Support digital course development</li></ul>D. Student Mentorship<ul><li>Track student progress</li><li>Maintain discipline and class quality</li><li>Provide guidance on practice consistency</li><li>Build a positive and committed yoga culture</li></ul>E. Operational Support<ul><li>Maintain class schedules</li><li>Assist in workshops and special events</li><li>Contribute to long-term academy growth</li></ul>4. Required Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of professional yoga teaching experience</li><li>Certification from a recognized yoga institution (RYT 200 / RYT 500 preferred)</li><li>Strong understanding of:</li><li>Hatha Yoga</li><li>Vinyasa Yoga</li><li>Pranayama techniques</li><li>Meditation practices</li><li>Basic anatomy and alignment</li><li>Ability to confidently handle group classes</li><li>Strong communication skills (Malayalam &amp; English preferred)</li></ul>5.
