If you show up with a great attitude and real skills, there's a genuine future here.What you'll be doing:<ul><li>Leading crews on plantings, mulching, pruning, drainage, and small excavation</li><li>Setting the standard for quality and attitude on the job site</li><li>Growing into a management role as you prove yourself</li></ul>What we're looking for:<ul><li>Reliable &mdash; you show up every day, ready to go</li><li>Experienced in leading crews in landscaping or related field work</li><li>Valid driver's license, local to the Bloomington/Bedford area</li><li>Ambitious &mdash; you want more responsibility, not just a paycheck</li></ul>What we offer:<ul><li>$20&ndash;$28/hr depending on experience</li><li>Full-time, year-round work with overtime available</li><li>6 paid holidays + 5 vacation days</li><li>A crew that actually enjoys showing up</li></ul>Ready to build something that lasts?Pay: $24.45 - $29.44 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
