What you'll be doing:

• Leading crews on plantings, mulching, pruning, drainage, and small excavation
• Setting the standard for quality and attitude on the job site
• Growing into a management role as you prove yourself

What we're looking for:

• Reliable — you show up every day, ready to go
• Experienced in leading crews in landscaping or related field work
• Valid driver's license, local to the Bloomington/Bedford area
• Ambitious — you want more responsibility, not just a paycheck

What we offer:

• $20–$28/hr depending on experience
• Full-time, year-round work with overtime available
• 6 paid holidays + 5 vacation days
