This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends to effectively promote our brand and drive engagement.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals.</li><li>Create engaging content tailored for different platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Monitor social media channels for trends, audience engagement, and brand mentions through effective social listening techniques.</li><li>Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite to schedule posts and analyze performance metrics.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to enhance content visibility.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team on digital marketing campaigns including e-commerce initiatives and public relations efforts.</li><li>Manage advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms to maximize reach and engagement.</li><li>Oversee graphic design projects, ensuring brand consistency across all visual content.</li><li>Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of social media strategies.</li><li>Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages promptly while fostering community relationships.</li><li>Proofread all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand voice before publication.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media marketing.</li></ul>Skills The ideal candidate should possess a diverse skill set that includes:<ul><li>Proficiency in SEO techniques and keyword research methodologies.</li><li>Strong understanding of social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop &amp; Illustrator).</li><li>Experience in content creation including graphic design, photography, video editing, and branding strategies.</li><li>Knowledge of public relations principles and relationship management techniques.</li><li>Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.</li><li>Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.</li><li>Ability to analyze data using web analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
