This dual-role position is responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations for villas or club facilities, and delivering personalized service with professionalism and discretion. The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to hospitality excellence.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet members and guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.</li><li>Handle all check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.</li><li>Manage villa, dining, amenity, and event reservations using the club&rsquo;s booking systems.</li><li>Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding availability, club offerings, and guest needs.</li><li>Confirm, modify, or cancel reservations and provide clear communication to appropriate departments.</li><li>Provide information about club services, facilities, and nearby attractions.</li><li>Communicate special requests and VIP needs to housekeeping, bell service, and other relevant departments.</li><li>Process payments, folios, and billing inquiries accurately.</li><li>Maintain front desk organization, cleanliness, and readiness at all times.</li><li>Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively resolve service issues or escalate when necessary.</li><li>Assist with administrative tasks such as reports, daily shift logs, and reservations tracking.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience in front desk, reservations, or hospitality roles preferred.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficient with reservation and property management systems</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Professional demeanor and appearance.</li><li>Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive guest information discreetly.</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul><li>Experience working in a private club, luxury hotel, or high-end hospitality environment.</li><li>Knowledge of local dining, entertainment, and transportation options.</li><li>Familiarity with club management software and guest preference tracking systems.</li></ul>Pay: $25.00 per hourWork Location: In person
