Position SummaryLicensed Therapist (LCPC or LCSW)Tinley Park, IL | Hybrid (In‑Person + Telehealth) Full-Time | 9:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PMWe are seeking a Licensed Therapist (LCPC, LCSW, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist) to join our growing, clinician-centered practice. This role offers a consistent 9 AM&ndash;5 PM schedule with a flexible hybrid model, combining in‑office sessions at our Tinley Park location with remote telehealth work.You&rsquo;ll enjoy meaningful clinical autonomy, a steady flow of referrals, and a supportive team environment&mdash;without research requirements, publishing expectations, or productivity quotas.Important Note About BenefitsWe want to be fully transparent: We do not currently offer health insurance benefits.
