Tinley Park, IL | Hybrid (In‑Person + Telehealth)
Full-Time | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a Licensed Therapist (LCPC, LCSW, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist) to join our growing, clinician-centered practice. This role offers a consistent 9 AM–5 PM schedule with a flexible hybrid model, combining in‑office sessions at our Tinley Park location with remote telehealth work.

You’ll enjoy meaningful clinical autonomy, a steady flow of referrals, and a supportive team environment—without research requirements, publishing expectations, or productivity quotas.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and/or families using evidence‑based modalities
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and professional standards
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and administrative staff to support continuity of care
• Participate in case consultations, clinical meetings, and professional development opportunities
• Deliver therapy through both in‑person sessions and HIPAA‑compliant telehealth platforms

Qualifications

• Active Illinois license: LCPC, LCSW, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• 1–2 years of post‑licensure experience preferred (supervised experience considered for newer licensees)
• Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal skills, and commitment to trauma‑informed, client‑centered care
• Comfort with EHR systems and virtual session platforms
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative clinical team

Schedule

• Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Optional limited evening or telehealth hours if preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
