Roles &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform basic plumbing and electrical maintenance as required</li><li>Identify and fix leaks, wiring issues, and minor equipment faults</li><li>Inspect and ensure the proper functioning of all utilities and facilities</li><li>Assist in preventive maintenance and report any major issues to the supervisor</li><li>Maintain records of repairs, tools, and spare parts used</li><li>Ensure all maintenance work follows safety and quality standards</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Plumbing preferred</li><li>6 months to 1 year experience (Freshers can also apply)</li><li>Knowledge of basic tools, wiring, and plumbing systems</li><li>Willingness to learn and handle multiple maintenance tasks</li><li>Candidates from Coimbatore preferred</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>75% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
