Maintenance Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform basic plumbing and electrical maintenance as required
• Identify and fix leaks, wiring issues, and minor equipment faults
• Inspect and ensure the proper functioning of all utilities and facilities
• Assist in preventive maintenance and report any major issues to the supervisor
• Maintain records of repairs, tools, and spare parts used
• Ensure all maintenance work follows safety and quality standards

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Plumbing preferred
• 6 months to 1 year experience (Freshers can also apply)
• Knowledge of basic tools, wiring, and plumbing systems
• Willingness to learn and handle multiple maintenance tasks
• Candidates from Coimbatore preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
