Your responsibilities</h2>

Main Duties:<div>
Establish a do things first time right mentality and methodology in the projects via:
 
<ul><li>Ensure communication, implementation and monitoring of project quality management relevant activities.</li><li>Achieving PQM targets in the project.
</li><li>Ensure quality assurance and proactive control processes integrated across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
</li><li>Ensure the identification and implementation of defined project-related corrective / preventive actions and improvements
</li><li>Ensure implementation of Lessons Learned process and Customer Satisfaction processes.
</li><li>Interface with customers, third-party inspectors, and regulatory bodies.</li></ul>
Work on business excellence initiatives for the further development of quality management, process development, digitization and optimization and, if necessary, carry out company internal trainings and audits. 
Initiate the identification and realization of potential for improvement.</div>
Responsibilities:
Support execution of quality gates during project bid &amp; execution phase. 
Prepare the project quality plan including project specific documents related to quality. 
Provide project related quality training for all nominated project team members. 
Conduct project audits including supplier and contractor audits. 
Facilitate root cause analysis. 
Support the implementation of Lessons Learned and Customer Satisfaction process.
 
Identify project-related quality risks and propose mitigation measures. 
Consult the project team regarding project-specific quality issues. 
Communicate with customers and suppliers / contractors regarding QM related issues. 
Identify project-specific quality requirements including project targets / KPIs. 
Supporting Business Excellence process in terms of System Maintenance and Auditing in accordance with ISO 9001 &amp; QMS requirements and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Your profile</h2>

Qualifications:
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Quality Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or relevant technical fields. 
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project quality management within a global environment. 
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent certification. 
Experience in core quality tools like FMEA, Six Sigma, Lean, 8D and Root cause analysis tools. 
Familiarity with engineering, procurement and construction projects. 
Confident handling of common MS Office programs and understanding of SAP, SharePoint, Power BI. 
Presentation skills. 
Leadership and communication skills. 
ASQ or equivalent Quality Certifications are a plus. 
Fluency in both written and spoken English.

Your responsibilities</h2>

Job Purpose
The HR Operations Generalist will support the Human Resources function by managing end-to-end operations across Learning &amp; Development, Headcount Management, and Recruitment &amp; Selection. The role is responsible for executing operational processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies, maintaining accurate HR data, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and delivering high-quality HR services that support business growth and talent development.
The role will manage the full Learning &amp; Development lifecycle, including:
Collect development needs through the performance appraisal system and coordinate with line managers to validate learning requests.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) covering:<ul><li>Soft skills / behavioural competencies</li><li>Functional and technical development needs</li></ul>
Develop and issue a monthly training calendar.
Coordinate with external training suppliers including:<ul><li>Vendor communication</li><li>Contract preparation and administration</li><li>Training logistics and scheduling</li><li>Payment processing and follow-up</li></ul>
Roll out post-training feedback surveys, analyze results, and prepare semi-annual review reports with line managers.
Monitor and manage the annual training budget.
Organize and deliver learning and development initiatives including:<ul><li>Team building events (Wellbeing)</li><li>Behavioral and leadership skills programs (e.g., Emotional Intelligence, Resilience, etc.)</li></ul>
Continuous Post-Graduation Learning Program<ul>
<li>Manage the end-to-end administration of the continuous learning program.</li>
<li>Track subscriptions, certificates, and reimbursements.</li>
<li>Lead the nomination and selection process for talent participation.</li>
</ul>Compliance Learning Framework<ul>
<li>Ensure all employees are subscribed to compliance learning as per compliance learning catalogue instructions.</li>
<li>Track subscriptions, certificates and rate of completion.</li>
<li>Report compliance learning status monthly.</li>
</ul>L&amp;D Analytics, Dashboarding &amp; Reporting<ul>
<li>Develop, maintain, and publish a monthly L&amp;D dashboard covering:
<ul><li>Total training hours per discipline and department</li>
<li>Cost per employee and cost per training hour</li>
</ul></li><li>Track and analyze:
<ul><li>Vendor performance and delivery quality</li>
</ul></li><li>Prepare quarterly and annual L&amp;D reports for leadership and HR governance committees.</li>
<li>Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to:</li>
<li>Ensure all L&amp;D data is accurately maintained in the LMS and HR systems to enable reliable reporting and audit readiness</li>
</ul>Recruitment &amp; Selection Operations<ul>
<li>Maintain and update the hiring tracker on a weekly basis.</li>
<li>Coordinate and manage approvals for:</li>
<li><ul><li>Contract renewals</li>
<li>Hiring requests 
(in collaboration with Global HR and disciplinary functions)</li>
</ul></li><li>Lead recruitment for designated roles in coordination with the Integrated Talent Manager:</li>
<li><ul><li>Job posting</li>
<li>CV screening and shortlisting</li>
<li>Interview coordination and participation</li>
</ul></li><li>Ensure recruitment processes comply with internal governance and hiring policies.</li>
</ul>Headcount Management (HR CORE System)<ul>
<li>Maintain and update the HR CORE headcount management system.</li>
<li>Produce regular headcount reports and dashboards.</li>
<li>Share reports with relevant HR functions and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Ensure data accuracy and system integrity at all times.</li>
