Your responsibilities</b></h2>
<ul><li>Evaluates the Invitation to Bid (ITB) documentation regarding requirements for scheduling and identifies deviations to the standard discipline tools, procedures and practices</li>
<li>Obtains the required project-specific schedule input from each responsible proposal team member</li>
<li>Develops the bid schedule and discusses and agrees with the proposal team for release by the PLX</li>
<li>Provides other proposal documentation as required by the PLX</li>
<li>Preparation of schedules for project execution</li>
<li>Evaluates the contract documentation regarding requirements for scheduling and identifies deviations to the standard discipline tools, procedures and practices</li>
<li>Discusses and agrees the strategy for schedule preparation with the PM</li>
<li>Discusses and agrees the procedures for scheduling and progress assessment of each project phase with the responsible manager (EM, PPM, PCM, SM, COM) according to the contract requirements for release by the PM</li>
<li>Discusses and agrees project-specific co-ordination procedures with client, partners and sub-contractors for release by the PM</li>
<li>Determines the structure of the schedule as per agreed procedures</li>
<li>Develops the Level 3 schedule model and discusses and agrees with the project team, client, partners and sub-contractors for release by the PM</li>
<li>Develops Level 1,2 and 3 project schedules as required by the contract / as defined by the PM</li>
<li>Provides schedule information (activities, scheduled dates, etc.) for lower-level control tools operated by other disciplines</li>
<li>Provides other scheduling deliverables as required by the contract</li>
<li>Discusses and agrees the structures and reports of the tools used for progress assessment of the project phases with each responsible manager (EM, PPM, PCM, SM, COM) for release by PM</li>
<li>Discusses and agrees the detailed and overall progress weighting system with each responsible manager (EM, PPM, PCM, SM, COM) for release by PM</li>
<li>Develops the planned progress curves for each technical discipline, for each project phase and for the overall project based on the agreed work units</li>
<li>Develops resource histograms for the agreed critical resources, makes these charts available to the responsible manager (EM, PPM, PCM, SM, COM) and to the PM for capacity planning.</li>
<li>Schedule maintenance (progress assessment, update and analysis)</li>
<li>Obtains actual progress data from each responsible team member in the agreed intervals and on the agreed cut-off dates</li>
<li>Carries out plausibility and random checks on the actual progress data, enters these data into the schedule model and updates the progress and productivity curves and resource histograms</li>
<li>Prepares a comparison of planned versus actual progress, productivity and resources, analyses the deviations and their impacts, reports to the PM and to the responsible manager (EM, PPM, PCM, SM, COM)</li>
<li>Evaluates the impact of contractual changes on the schedule model and incorporates changes</li>
<li>Discusses and agrees with the responsible manager (EM, PPM, PCM, SM, COM) on whether schedule or quantity deviations are considered to be substantial and thus require a revision of the schedule model and planned progress, and enters the main variances of these deviations into the schedule model and planned progress curves (release by the PM)</li>
<li>Prepares look-ahead schedules and critical path analysis in the agreed intervals and on the agreed cut-off dates, reports to the PM and to the responsible manager (EM, PPM, PCM, SM, COM)</li>
<li>Provides other scheduling deliverables as required by the contract</li>

Job specification:</p><ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Professional Diploma / Program at Project Management</li>
<li>Minimum 7 Years in the field of oil , gas or petrochemical industry</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years&rsquo; experience in planning and project controlling</li>
<li>Language Skills: Very good spoken and written English</li>
<li>Computer Skills: Primavera P6+ PRA &amp; Microsoft office Advanced is must</li>
<li>Carry out special schedule analysis and troubleshooting, PMI-SP or PSP is<br>
preferable</li>
<li>Analyzing and Problem Solving Skills</li>
<li>Experience in scheduling tasks including schedule development, progress assessment, schedule update, schedule analysis and related reporting</li>
<li>Handling of complex tasks in the scheduling tool independently</li>
