We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with product, development, and marketing teams to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered digital experiences. You will be involved throughout the design lifecycle&mdash;from research and wireframing to high-fidelity designs and usability improvements.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.</li><li>Translate business requirements and user needs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.</li><li>Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to improve product experiences.</li><li>Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.</li><li>Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.</li><li>Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color systems, and interaction patterns across all products.</li><li>Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders, users, and analytics.</li><li>Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and best practices.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.</li><li>Degree or diploma in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a related field.</li><li>Proficiency in UI/UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.</li><li>Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability heuristics.</li><li>Experience designing responsive web and/or mobile interfaces.</li><li>Ability to clearly present design ideas and rationale to stakeholders.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)<ul><li>Experience with design systems and component libraries.</li><li>Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).</li><li>Experience working in agile or fast-paced development environments.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹8,870.89 - ₹49,843.12 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: In person
