UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with product, development, and marketing teams to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered digital experiences. You will be involved throughout the design lifecycle—from research and wireframing to high-fidelity designs and usability improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to improve product experiences.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color systems, and interaction patterns across all products.
• Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders, users, and analytics.
• Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Degree or diploma in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in UI/UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability heuristics.
• Experience designing responsive web and/or mobile interfaces.
• Ability to clearly present design ideas and rationale to stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience working in agile or fast-paced development environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,870.89 - ₹49,843.12 per month
